"These guys installed my new Vermont Castings stove and ran the pipes through my fireplace. I asked many questions and inspected the materials used. The chimney liner they installed was a heavy grade stainless steel and not the cheaper thin kind alot of places use. They had to cut and modify the flu/firebox and did so without making a mess in the house. They moved the stove around and let me look at it until I was perfectly happy with the position before hooking it up. They showed up on the day they said they would and completed the job that day. This seems to be a family run, old school operation with good integrity and a multi-generational skill set. I was very pleased with the install."

"We had an issue with smoke in the basement every time we had a fire and this was progressively getting worse to the point that we could no longer use our fireplace. We had at least 6 other companies here to diagnose and fix the issue over the past 10 years and not one of them solved the problem. We had an inspector who put a camera up the chimney and determined There were cracks between the flues. We had 10 companies provide an estimate to fix the issue and the prices ranged from $2500 - $7500...for basically the same stainless steel liner and work to put it in. Mr.Chimney came in and explained how he would fix the issue and that it went beyond just a liner. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and his proposal was different from the others. Something about the way he explained what they wanted to do, how they would do it...the passion in his explanation sold us. Finally, we brought in Mr.Chimney (Andy & Sons) to perform this fireplace restoration project and we could not be more happy! Everything looks awesome! The chimney is fully functional and the repairs came out perfect! I have since recommended Mr.Chimney to several of my neighbors and those who have used him could not be more pleased as well.
